Tombolo Company offers a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your new favorite shirt, so we make the process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and hardware are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
